ORDER & SHIPPING

  • I want to change/cancel my order. Who do I contact?
    Please reach out to us by emailing aloha@betterjerky.co and we can help you with changing/cancelling your order. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

  • I put the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
    Oh no! Mistakes happen and we're here to help. Please email us at aloha@betterjerky.co as soon as possible so we can prevent the order from shipping out. 
    Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped out, there's no way to recall the package. Hopefully, the package will be returned to us, in which we can issue a refund. 

  • Where is my order? 
    A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent out as soon as the package has been shipped out. 
    Please check your junk/spam folder if you can't find our email in your inbox. If it's not sent to your junk/spam folder either, please feel free to contact us at aloha@betterjerky.co and we will happily update you with your order status. 

  • I received the wrong item. What can I do?

    We apologize, mistakes do happen from time to time. If you receive the wrong items, take a picture of your items and packing slip and email them to our customer service team and we'll get right on it!

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we do! We offer free shipping to orders $50 and over. Please remember though, that if your order is $50 and you add a coupon that brings the total cost lower than the free shipping requirement, it'll automatically add the shipping cost at check out.

    • Where can I buy Better Jerky Co. Jerky Crisps? 

      Our Hawaii jerky crisps are now available in more than 400 participating locations, with more locations coming soon! You can find our products at Times Supermarkets, Safeway, ACE Hardware, Don Quijote, NEX, Beer Lab Hawaii, and more. 

    • What is the shelf life of your jerky crisps?
      18 months if stored unopened in a cool, dry area away from light.

    • Does your jerky crisps need to be refrigerated? 
      No, but it is recommended to refrigerate after opening to preserve the "crispness" if not consumed immediately.

    • Is your product gluten free?
      Yes!
